A request is not automatic booking
Submitting a request does not create an automatic reservation. Service availability depends on flight details, date, time, passenger scenario, terminal rules, staffing and operations. A manager reviews everything before confirming scope.
Confirmation scope
Confirmed scope may cover airport, flight, direction, passenger count, meeting notes, handover notes, transfer add-ons plus communication channel. Treat only written confirmation as included.
Payment after confirmation
Normal flow: request, manager review, availability confirmation, payment instruction or link, then service delivery. Do not send payment until a manager confirms handling is possible.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must send accurate flight details, passenger details, contact information plus relevant document or baggage notes requested by the manager. Incorrect or late information can limit service delivery.
Flight changes and timing
Airline changes to flight number, date, time, terminal or baggage plan should be sent to the manager as early as possible. Short-notice changes may require a fresh availability check and can alter the arrangement.
Authority decisions
We support the route available for a confirmed scenario. This does not replace airline, immigration, border, customs, security, visa or authority decisions, nor guarantee Vietnam entry.
No-show and unreachable contact
If passenger, booking contact or pickup contact is unreachable at the agreed time, we try available contact details. A no-show or missing contact may count as performed or missed service according to confirmed scenario.
Cancellation/refund review
Cancellation/refund handling depends on timing, staffing, preparation, transfer arrangements plus provider rules. Each case is reviewed against confirmed booking details and preparation stage.
Records for support
The confirmation conversation, payment instruction, flight details plus service notes may be used as the operational record for resolving questions after service. Customers should keep the confirmation message until the airport route is complete.
