Data needed for a request
A request may include flight number, date, airport, direction, passenger count, passenger notes, baggage details, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat or Zalo contact, plus comments needed to understand the scenario.
Why travel details are requested
We use travel details to verify availability, identify terminal context, prepare handover notes, and contact the booking person before sending payment instructions.
Passenger and family notes
For parents, senior passengers, children, business guests or groups, add practical notes: language support, sign text, pickup contact, baggage expectations and final handover person.
Operational sharing
Only the information needed to arrange the confirmed service may be shared with relevant coordinators, airport-side assistants, transfer partners or support staff involved in the booking. The information is not sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing lists.
Contact channels
Messages may be handled through the contact channel chosen by the customer. The same conversation can be used for clarification, availability checks, payment instructions, flight changes, handover details and post-service support.
Payment data
We do not store card data on this website. After confirmation, payment is arranged through an available method or provider. Provider-side processing follows that provider's own rules.
Retention and correction
Request information may be kept for operational records, support history, accounting, service quality control and dispute resolution. Customers can ask to correct inaccurate request details or update contact information before the service is performed.
Security and limitations
Reasonable operational safeguards are used to limit access to request data, but no messaging channel or website transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free. Customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents unless a manager specifically asks for them.
